Thérmis (Θέρμις): Greek for “warmth / radiant heat” — inspired by the textile’s glowing strata of reds and embers, reminiscent of the steady heat of a winter hearth.
A textile alive with the deep hues of winter fire — stacked bands of crimson, ember, rust, and plum woven into a quiet, glowing rhythm. Thérmis brings the sensation of standing close to a hearth: a gentle radiance that softens the edges of a room. Its hand-woven irregularities give it a human warmth, a sense of something lived-in and long-kept.
Thérmis symbolizes protection, steadiness, and the life-force that carries us through the darker months. It represents the heat that sustains — not dramatic flames, but the enduring warmth at the center of a home and a season.
