Orders & Shipping
Many of our items are custom-made to order. Please allow three to five weeks for production, followed by 2 to 5 business days for shipping, depending on the item. Estimated production times are listed in each product description.
Orders within the United States ship via FedEx Standard or Expedited Shipping. International orders ship via DHL Express from our showroom in Athens, Greece, except in countries where DHL is unavailable.
Yes. We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local restrictions. Some countries or regions may be affected by DHL service suspensions, sanctions, trade embargoes, or other shipping restrictions.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package and the selected shipping method. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the customer.
No. FedEx typically does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so please use a residential or commercial street address when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many of our objects, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. In certain cases, items may be returned for Anthologist credit only, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the sender.
No. All custom orders, including furniture and special-size marble items, must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage at info@anthologist.com. Our team will assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans around the world. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.
