Processing & Delivery Time

Many of our items are custom-made to order. As such, please allow three to five weeks for production, followed by 2-5 days for shipping, depending on the item. Estimated production times are listed in the product description. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method: standard or vernight (where applicable).

Shipping Methods & Options

Domestic Shipping (United States - 50 States)

Orders within the U.S. ship via FedEx Standard or Expedited Shipping. FedEx provides delivery services across all 50 U.S. states, including residential and commercial addresses. While FedEx delivers to most locations, the following factors may affect delivery:

Remote or Rural Areas:

  • Extended Delivery Times: Deliveries to
    remote or less accessible regions may experience longer transit times due to distance and logistical challenges.
  • Limited Services: Some specialized delivery options may not be available in certain remote locations.

Restricted Addresses:

  • P.O. Boxes: FedEx typically does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping

Orders outside the U.S. ship via DHL Express, except in countries where DHL is unavailable. DHL Express provides international shipping from our showroom in Athens, Greece, to numerous destinations worldwide. However, certain countries are subject to service suspensions or restrictions due to sanctions, trade embargoes, or safety concerns.

As of the latest information, DHL service is restricted or unavailable in the following countries:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Ukraine (specific regions)

This list is not exhaustive and may change due to evolving geopolitical situations. Additionally, even if DHL services a country, certain items may be restricted based on local regulations. For the most up-to-date information on DHL shipping restrictions from Greece, please visit dhlexpress.gr.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow ts journey to your doorstep.

Anthologist Return Policy

Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our objects, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Store Credit for Eligible Returns

In certain cases, items may be returned for Anthologist credit only. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the sender.

Custom Orders

All custom orders, including furniture and special-size marble items, must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage at info@anthologist.com.

Our team will assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
