DESCRIPTION
At Anthologist, the goat is an animal that is inherently part of our culture. Our founder’s cottage on the island of Paros is dubbed, Panito Cottage, named after Pan, the Greek mythological god of the mountain wilds.
The Kri Kir goat lives exclusively on the island of Crete, and the Anthologist Panito Stone Cheese Platter combines old world craftsmanship with everyday function. He’s equally proud to protect your olives, or nuts, as he is your jewelry or other small objects.
All of our brass objects are hand-cast using ancient methods including sand molds. The last step of the production process is a hand-polishing to showcase each piece’s inherent brilliance. Some imperfections are natural.
