A woven story
A thought, a philosophy
Each is nostalgia
DESCRIPTION
Nyhteri (Νυχτέρι): Greek for night weaving, the term for textile work done after dusk during the long winter months.
A richly woven wool pillow in midnight tones, inspired by the deep winter kilims of the Greek–Anatolian borderlands. Garnet, ochre, and ember hues surface against a charcoal ground, creating a piece that feels storied, sculptural, and undeniably seasonal.
Nyhteri carries the spirit of patience, devotion, and the intimacy of craft performed by lamplight. It honors hands-on traditions passed quietly from one generation to the next, stitching memory into material.
