DESCRIPTION

This vintage Greek throw, woven from a cotton and wool blend, is a breath of Aegean light. Pale cream with soft ochre striping gives way to a striking band of sky-blue near the edge—like a quiet horizon line where land meets sea. Lightweight yet comforting, it's ideal as a summer bedcover or a layered accent for armchairs and benches. The artisanal weave and subtle palette evoke days spent by the water, where everything feels a bit softer, a bit slower.

Each entirely unique, Anthologist’s textiles are a coveted collection of those sought-after, magazine page-worthy pieces that are sure sell-outs. All of our stock is sourced from personal collections of the highest quality craftsmanship, with each piece hand-chosen by our founder based on rarity, provenance, and artisanal integrity. When sourced, most textiles remain NFS (not for sale) in our founder’s personal collection, with each piece slowly released into the inventory on an ongoing basis.

As each piece was painstakingly handmade on a loom, there can be natural defects, as well as minor signs of age, appropriate to its provenance and past use, which we find quite beautiful, adding to its soul.
