Ilion (Ίλιον – An ancient poetic name for the sun, and also the original name for the city of Troy. It evokes both radiance and myth.)

A masterclass in symmetry and saturation, Ilion is a small-format vintage textile designed to dazzle. Likely intended as a decorative table runner or altar cloth, it features concentric mandala-like motifs in red, coral, lavender, emerald, and gold—radiating from a starburst center and anchored by meticulously woven geometry.

This piece is pure visual rhythm, with colors that feel lifted from stained glass or peacock feathers. Perfect as a focal point atop a side table, across the center of a dining table, or framed as wall art. Despite its size, Ilion is anything but quiet.
