A woven story
A thought, a philosophy
Each is nostalgia
DESCRIPTION
Floga (Φλόγα): Greek for flame—evoking firelight, warmth, and the vivid hues of winter.
A vibrant handwoven wool pillow in tones of flame and earth, inspired by the folkloric textiles of the northern Greek mountains. Geometric motifs in saffron, garnet, and plum echo traditional winter weaving, bringing warmth and energy to any interior.
In Greek culture, flame is more than heat—it is a keeper of memory, protection, and communal life. A hearth fire was traditionally tended through long winters, believed to safeguard the home and carry blessings into the year ahead. Its colors—saffron, garnet, and plum—mirror the natural pigments once used in highland weaving, each associated with vitality, prosperity, and celebration.
Floga embodies that lineage: the spark that sustains, the light that gathers people, and the energy that moves through a space. It speaks to ritual, resilience, and the enduring warmth at the center of every home.
