DESCRIPTION

Drosos (Δρόσος – Greek for “dew.” A quiet nod to the early-morning softness that offsets the strong, structured rhythm of this design.

From the mountains of Crete comes Drosos, a woolen textile woven in bold red with symmetrical vine and floral motifs in black and sunlit ochre. The composition is intricate yet meditative, anchored by a meander-inspired border that hints at classical origins—a Hellenic heartbeat beneath folk roots.

Traditionally used as a bedspread or room covering, its medium-weight wool gives it just enough structure for display, but enough flexibility to drape over a sofa or even a long dining table.
