With designs commissioned by our founder, Anthologist’s ceramics represent a return to authenticity. Each piece is hand-painted in an Athens workshop we share with an artisan from a long line of Cretan ceramicists. The dot motif reflects Anthologist’s merging of eras, symbolizing harmony and echoing the Hellenic love of geometry. Believed to ward off spirits and bring good fortune, these ceramics look as chic in a modern home as at Andria’s Panito Cottage. The espresso cup is sized for a perfect shot, equally beautiful for Greek coffee or as a small vessel for sauces or desserts.
