A new collaboration! Paros’s hottest new bakery opened this past July to much acclaim. Yes, EVERYONE in Paros came to Cannelait for their sweet and savory fixes this high summer. The darling shop just off the perimeter road in Naoussa makes its own gorgeous viennoiserie in its pure and holistic form with creative sweet and savory specialties like Chocolate Tart with Parian Capers using Parian capers from the island. Yes, please!
Cannelait’s pledge to keep their production artisanal while respecting the seasonality of ingredients as well as the savoir-faire of Greek and French pastry is why we love what they do so much.
Anthologist’s Creative Director Andria Mitsakos was asked to contribute to style their photo shoot (and used her very own Panito Cottage as a location), enhancing the authenticity of a traditional and authentic gastronomy experience. Our plates and vessels showcase our signature, hand-painted motif commissioned by Andria. Poetic, simple and primitive in style, each piece is handcrafted in an Athens workshop. We also used pieces of Andria’s own raw marble collection and some of her favorite vintage and antique finds.
Enhancing the authenticity of a traditional and authentic gastronomy experience…Sweet and savory meet poetic, simple and primitive in style.
