Returns or Exchanges

Unfortunately, due the custom nature of our objects, refunds are not permitted. Items may be returned for Anthologist credit only, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the shipper. Custom-orders, such as furniture and special-size marble items, must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. 
 

Shipping and Handling

As most of our items are handmade by artisans, this means that Anthologist is personally overseeing the manufacturing of your item. Please  allow two to five weeks for delivery depending on the item. Shipping will be calculated based on weight and shipping address. Once your order is placed, an Anthologist representative will advise your delivery time within 72 hours, as well as estimated shipping and handling costs which will be charged additionally to your purchase price for items indicated as special shipping. Items may be subject to customs duties set by your destination country or territory. These fees are not included in the price of your product or shipping, and are typically paid directly to the courier used in shipping. Any customs duties and taxes that apply by your destination country or territory are your responsibility.
