" 'I want to double my room rate,' owner Joanna Roboras said to me at our discovery meeting, 'And I’m not afraid to be bold.' Armed with this task, I created the story of Kallisti based on ancient, female Greek poets, and turned to vermillion red as the color of power and romance, creating a sensual, authentic, warm, and inviting space."

Kallisti Paros

Paros, Greece

A new hotel with Cycladic soul in the heart of Naousa, Paros

For the summer 2020 launch of this boutique hotel on the Greek island of Paros, Anthologist was tapped to source textiles, objects and furniture for the 11 spacious rooms and suites.

Custom-designed cabanas were created for the pool deck, each with innovative sliding doors to protect from the famed Cycladic winds. Emphasis throughout the rooms is on the line’s signature brass collection, along with a peppering of locally sourced antique furnishings and accessories, and custom-made furniture utilizing Parian marble accents and vintage textiles produced at Anthologist’s partner company in Athens, Greece.

While the hotel did open in summer 2020, due to the global pandemic, unfortunately, the common spaces were not renovated and refurbished.
